Collective Spex - the players...

Tom, Chris, Eamon and Si - plus special guests. From a beach in Goa and The Plough in Bristol, to breweries and coffee roasters on the South coast, there isn’t a corner of the globe that we won’t cover. With a combined 120 years of DJ experience, distilled down into one tight collective, there’s one clear vision – to deliver good times.

C Spex

...and hence forth started spinning tunes at the Hub Club in Bath for a few years, supporting bands and artists such as Gill Scott-Heron, JTQ and Mother Earth; along-side regular slots at the legendary (and very sweaty) Moles club and various bars and clubs in Bristol and Bath...

Si Da Spex

...It was around this time that Tom and Chris met the force of nature that is Si John (another record shop rendezvous). An incredible vocalist, multi-instramenatalist, song-writer, producer, arranger and (luckily for Spex) DJ, Si brings the cidre de vie to the mix...

Spex-E-Beard

...More recently and a game-changing entry to Spex, the incredible Eamon, AKA DJ Black Wax Solution. A humble and effevesant presence. Eamon works on the assumption that music makes everything better. He be right.

We got guests!

The Spex family is big. From the ever illusive A Man Called Cyrus to Slipped Disc founders Ben Bones and L J Bookthem – there have been and continue to be, some beautiful guest slots.
